emuse launches an educational package for interactive TV.
London, 16th April 2004. emuse technologies, today announced that it has launched an educational package with several UK universities.
The programme started with University of Central Lancashire with the intention of familiarising budding interactive designers with Modelstream® the pioneering range of design and authoring tools that allow creative professionals to produce engaging interactive TV faster than ever before.
The project was so successful that it has now been implemented in Brighton on their prestigious MSc Digital Television Management and Production course. Many of the students on this course are industry professionals and will return to the workplace with the skill set to develop interactive applications using Modelstream®.
Modelstream® is ideal for the educational arena as the time required to produce exciting designs is short, and the GUI is user friendly and intuitive. . emuse have established a pricing structure to allow educational establishments to fully embrace this exciting new technology.
