emuse and Siren work together to expand both their offerings to the international broadcast community.
April 27th 2004 emuse technologies today announces a new partnership with Siren, the UK's leading Participation TV agency who provide ground breaking ideas and solutions for major shows such as `Big Brother`, `Pop Idol` and `I'm a Celebrity. Both companies have an independently strong position in the UK broadcasting market and therefore combining their strengths will present a comprehensive offering.

The interactive/participation TV sector is in a strong growth phase and needs innovative practices and solutions to encourage more rapid development. emuse and Siren recognise each other's values and this partnership enables them to bring a total solution to broadcasters. Siren will therefore include the Modelstream® suite as part of their Participation TV offering and will also act as a reseller for the Modelstream® suite whilst emuse will be assisting Siren in their international expansion plans by introducing Siren services to their growing international client base.

emuse has secured a leading position in the interactive TV arena with their Modelstream® suite of software. With the desire to see creative professionals fully enabled to develop interactive and enhanced television, emuse also sees a need to enable those creatives to apply further revenue generating services to their programme content.

Having already established a substantial business in the UK and following a major fundraising round, Siren is now positioned to bring innovative TV ideas (both fixed line and mobile propositions) to the international marketplace. The Siren offering will now include giving the same clients the opportunity to use Modelstream® and therefore enhance both the company and the client's revenue opportunities.

The combination of emuse and Siren offers a turnkey solution for any TV show, bringing full press red interactivity (via the powerful Modelstream® suite), SMS messaging, Games, and revenue enhancing formats.

`We are very pleased to join with Siren to broaden both our offerings,` commented Patrick Rainsford, ceo emuse technologies `We can now provide a total solution to broadcasters internationally from iTV applications created by our own Modelstream® suite to Mobile, SMS, Video and gaming services, the core of the Siren business.` He continues `We are delighted to be chosen by such a professional organisation to enable them include compelling interactive applications as part of their offering. Broadcasters now have a tremendous opportunity to generate new revenue streams accessible by everyone simply by combining SMS with live television or by adding interactivity.`

The two companies intend to enable broadcasters to embrace ground breaking technologies and significant revenue opportunities through a single channel and therefore remove the barriers to revenue growth from existing and new formats.

`From a broadcasters perspective, our solution is now complete` says Chris Pressley, ceo Siren `We are delighted to again strengthen our Participation TV services with the inclusion of the Modelstream® suite, and present our clients with the full range of state-of-the-art revenue generating options.`
