30th August - ISO9001 Surveillance Audit Success
A recent ISO surveillance audit carried out by our independent, external auditors has demonstrated again that emuse processes for the design and development of Modelstream continue to be aligned with the international standard.
emuse recognises that a quality product is essential to the future of the company and that a quality process is critical to its delivery. Our relationship with Certification Europe (auditors) will monitor that we stay focussed on quality at all times. Achieving certification was only the beginning, part of an ongoing continuous quality improvement program.
emuse's sincerity about quality is formally written into our company policy. emuse continues to be fully committed to your satisfaction as a client and we will nurture our people, our technology and our process to ensure that we achieve this. Our continuous improvement program and series of internal quality audits will make us more effective and more efficient in development, delivery and support.
