Prior to moving to the ATP, Andy was the Commercial Director of Manchester United. In this role Andy was responsible for all the Commercial activities of the company, including its media businesses, sponsorship relationships, financial services, new business development on a global basis, merchandising and the company's marketing function.

Previously, Andy was a Director of OC&C Strategy Consultants in London, responsible for the media and entertainment practice. He has worked for a number of clients in the TV, Interactive TV and other media arenas.

Andy was also Managing Director of Channel 4 Interactive and Head of Strategy for Channel 4 TV in the UK. He was closely involved with the launch of the new E4 channel, the "at the races" bid for UK cross-media horse racing and the launch and operational management of Channel 4's Interactive business. The cross-media activities around Big Brother remain the most noteworthy examples of C4 Interactive's business-to-date.

Andy has also worked for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, California where he was a Director of Business Planning for the Consumer Products business. Prior to this Andy was a consultant for over 8 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and The Kalchas Group where, amongst other activities, he worked in the UK cable TV sector.
