She has worked for large multinational organisations like Bowne Global solutions and AOL during her career and has gained valuable experience in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions and Cultural Change Management. She holds an honors degree in Business, specialising in Strategic HRM, Industrial and employee Relations.
Lorraine's HR experience brings a wealth of practical knowledge to emuse technologies in such areas as training the organisation, team development, management training, health and safety, behavioural skills (psychometrics), assessment and appraisal and HR and recruitment systems.
